Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your handmade bracelet must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized bracelets: Items specifically crafted to your unique specifications or with custom engravings.

To Complete Your Return

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Bracelets showing signs of wear.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing components due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Exchanges

We replace bracelets only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at and mail your bracelet to: .


Gifts

If your bracelet was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the bracelet was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
